Account Opening

• Stock & Bond Trading Account Opening

  Foreign investors are required to register the name of the entity or individual at Financial Supervisory Services (FSS) and obtain Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) through a designated standing proxy(LS SECURITIES Co.,LTD.). The following documents are needed to open an account:

  • Investor Registration Card (issued by Financial Supervisory Service)
  • Copy of Standing Proxy Agreement*Possibly fees will be associated with standing proxy agreement.
  • Copy of Business Registration of Standing Proxy (Institutional investor)
  • Copy of Passport (Individual)

• Residents with foreign citizenship living in Korea more than 6 months

  • Copy of passport
  • Alien Registration Card(issued by Immigration office in Korea)

• Futures & Options Trading Account Opening

  • Copy of passport
  • Certificate of Incorporation (Institutional Inverstor)

• LS SECURITIES will provide the following terms and conditions when the clients request to trade futures and option

  • The Risk Disclosure Information for Futures and Options Trading
  • The Standard Agreement for Establish of Futhres & Options Account
